FAQs

What are your COVID-19 policies & hours?

We are open during our normal business hours and are offering safe, convenient ways to shop:

  • Virtual & in-store appointments

  • Curbside & in-store pick up

  • Just give us a call if you have a special request

Are you able to frame anything?

Yes! Almost anything can be framed. We’ve done everything from original art to canvas painting to 3D collectables like watches, hats, sports memorabilia—we love a challenge! Call us or book an appointment to talk to one of our framing experts about your project.

What framing materials do you have?

We carry frames in a variety of materials: metal, wood, hand-finished, carved, and gilded. We do floater frames—frames without glass—shadow boxes, matting, mounting, and even hand-carved mats with custom designs.

What do I need to get my artwork framed?

It’s helpful to know the measurements and style of your space so we can help you decide how to bring your piece to life. Visit our Guide to Custom Framing for a full list of what to bring to your appointment.

Is custom framing expensive?

Custom framing is just that—custom—and the price depends on the size of your project, materials, and finish you choose.

Estimates are always free, and we use a nationally based software to ensure fair and competitive pricing. Our friendly design team is always happy to work with you to find the best options for your budget!

How do your framing payments work?

We require a 50% deposit when you place your order and the balance payment upon pick up. We also have a layaway program and are willing to work around your needs.

How long does custom framing take?

Typically it takes 1-2 weeks from the time you place your order to completion. Let us know if you’re in a rush, and we will try to expedite your project.

Please keep in mind that we order materials from all over the world, so timelines do vary slightly based on each job.

How should I hang my framed picture?

Here are a few guidelines:

  • As a general rule, art should be hung at eye level, 57” from the floor to the center of your piece.

  • The bottom of your frame should hang 8” to 10” above your furniture.

  • When hanging multiple pieces on the same wall, space them 2” to 5” apart.

  • If you’re hanging your art above your sofa, the piece shouldn’t be longer than the sofa.

  • Remember—hang your piece low enough to enjoy when you are sitting!
